Bug fixes:
- Fixed an issue where art_tod_data reported an incorrect number of RDM devices.
- Fixed the Ethernet interface to ensure it consistently remains in auto-negotiation mode.
- Fixed a condition that caused the DMX port to hang when RDM was enabled.
