Added Features
- Added Max intensity limit 
- Added ability to exceed max pixel count when grouped pixels in enabled. This allows for input universes to be set to what is required and the number of pixels attached and controlled to still be correct.
- Added UCS7604 functions 8bit/16bit selection and Channel count selection

- Improved DMX buffer buttons and view
- Improved layout of Network stats.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed bug where buffer would wrap universes onto previous port when set to RGB
- Fixed Bug where Pixel grouped LED's would respond with incorrect colours every 2 Universes.
